Description
Founded by Seymour Chwast, Milton Glaser (creator of the “I Love NY” logo), and Edward Sorel, The Pushpin Group published a series of expository booklets demonstrating different graphic styles. This one, using examples of cardstock and foil from Mohawk Paper Mills, includes a pop-up of the Eiffel Tower. Also included is an illustrated DIY card to cut out and create a box for Marcel Waving Gel, which allowed women to style their hair with “undulating waves,” a popular Art Deco fashion of the ‘20s.
