The Daniel Press: Memorials of C.H.O. Daniel, with a Bibliography of the Press, 1845-1919.

This is one of 60 special copies of Madan’s bibliography, printed on large paper and signed by Emily Daniel. It contains a new poem by John Masefield, as well as eight additional plates and nine original leaves from three different works of the Daniel Press. This opening shows leaves from the black letter edition of Robert Bridges’s Growth of Love (1890) on the left and Through Human Eyes by Alice Mary Buckton (1901) on the right.
