Description
After years of researching and perfecting her methods, Iris Nevins wrote and made papers for this landmark book. Shown here is Moiré, an elegant variant of Spanish marbling. For this pattern, the paper is first folded in squares, then flattened before laying down on the marbling bath. The folds create a shift in the pattern, which produces a repeating motif.
