Description
Another color slice book but drawn by Vernon Grant (1902–1990), the notable American illustrator. In this case, peeling aside the slats reveals another image but does not create new ones. The gnomes, Snap, Crackle and Pop, are introduced along with text promoting the cereal. In the 1950s, the dolls were available to sew for 15 cents and a box top. I ordered and sewed Pop.
