Description
This unique copy of Thornwillow’s Poe collection, beautifully illustrated by Brooklyn tattoo artist John Reardon, was the prize in a devilishly difficult cryptography competition held in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. The contest required solving 8 cryptographic puzzles. Bound in full green moroccan goatskin with hand marbled end papers. It is hand tooled in genuine gold on both the front and back covers. The eye of the skull on the front cover is set with a genuine emerald cabochon. Letterpress printed on natural cotton paper, signed by printer and illustrator, numbered 1/1. The winner of this volume was also awarded a tattoo by the illustrator.
