Description

John Furnival’s design work aligns the round appearance of the human eye and the center (or “eye”) of the ox-eye daisy, overlapping layers of meaning within “I” and the significance of “IO” as a sound and symbol. Poor. Old. Tired. Horse. was an international little magazine edited by Finlay and published by Wild Hawthorne Press from 1962–1967, in 25 issues.
